Still haven't received my parcel, can you guys please double check whether your dumb delivery partners have the correct number cause how is it parcel that they say they haven't delivered yet because I haven't picked up any of their calls, I assume they're talking about the calls from their riders because I've picked up the office landline number's call within 2 seconds each time they called. I haven't received any calls from their riders at all, only from their office landline number, and both times I've confirmed that I would like to revive the order and both times I've been told it will arrive tomorrow, the first tomorrow came and went and no sign of delivery and today is the second tomorrow, I thought I would get it today but judging from you just sent this rating email you guys seem to think the order was delivered successfully when it hasn't, so now I'm not hopeful I'll get the parcel today either. It's been too much of a wait for something that should've arrived a week ago, this is a great way to make sure that anybody who tries to order from your store again thinks twice. Not the best first impression of you guys, if you could just check whether these dumb delivery couriers are calling the correct number then I could maybe actually receive my parcel for once and you guys could get your money.
